What happens to my Free quota when I upgrade?+
Pro replaces it. You go from 20/day to 200/day immediately, with unlimited words per request. No migration of saved history is needed — your account is the same.
Refund policy?+
30 days. Email us within 30 days of your first Pro charge and we refund it, no questions. After that, cancel anytime from your account and Pro keeps working until the end of the billing period.
Is the public API rate-limited separately from the web app?+
API calls share your Pro daily quota (200 humanize/day). Each /v1/humanize, /v1/detect, and bypass attempt counts as one. You'll get a 429 with a Retry-After header when you hit the cap.
